How long does it take to receive a quote?
All quote requests receive a response within 2 business hours during business days. For urgent requirements, mark your email subject line "URGENT" for a 1-hour response guarantee.
Is my cargo automatically insured?
Yes. All SwiftCargo shipments are automatically covered up to USD 100,000 at no additional cost. For higher-value shipments, we offer enhanced cargo insurance — ask your account manager for details.
How do I track my shipment?
Use the TrakSphere tracker on our homepage or use the quick tracker in the sidebar on this page. You'll need your SwiftCargo tracking ID, which is provided in your booking confirmation email.
What is the minimum shipment size?
There is no minimum for road or air freight. Ocean freight LCL is available from a single pallet. For FCL ocean freight, a minimum of one container (20ft) applies. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you handle dangerous goods?
Yes. SwiftCargo is IATA-certified for dangerous goods handling across all hazard classes by air, and holds all relevant certifications for DG transport by road and sea. Our DG desk handles all documentation.
How do I file a cargo claim?
Email our Claims Desk at Swiftcargoshippingcomp@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery for visible damage, or 7 days for concealed damage. Include photos, booking reference, and delivery note. Claims are settled within 10 business days.
